THE OVERVIEW
Mallow is an AI-powered creative platform — a place to make things and wander somewhere new. It’s the kind of product where the feel matters as much as the function, so the work has been about getting the experience right, not just wiring up models.
The challenge
AI tools get cluttered fast. The hard part is restraint — keeping it open and inviting (“discover new worlds”) instead of burying people in knobs and settings on day one.
It’s also full-stack and still evolving, so it had to be built to grow without getting fragile — real product infrastructure under a soft, simple surface.
WHAT I BUILT
Software that makes creating feel like play.
Calm on top, real underneath
A clean, exploratory interface sitting on full-stack foundations — auth, data, AI workflows — so it can keep growing without the seams showing.
Built to wander
The whole thing leans into discovery over dashboards, so making something feels closer to play than to operating a tool.
